Types of therapy I offer
Individual Therapy
This could be helpful if you are experiencing specific mental health problems or want to understand how your personality & early life experiences continue to influence your
current thoughts, emotions, relationships, beliefs & behaviours.
I also work with individuals looking to work through difficult past experiences, or those who want to develop specific skills, like building self-compassion.
Couples Therapy
This is for couples who want to explore their differences, work through conflicts or build on empathy and closeness. It can be useful at early stages when (or before) issues first arise or when facing a breakdown in the relationship, for example the impact of an affair.
I work with couples experiencing difficulties around communication, intimacy, parenting, power balance & gender roles.
Family Therapy
This is to help families work together to better understand each other’s perspectives and needs, particularly when experiencing major disagreements or transitions, such as illness, unemployment, divorce, remarriage or death.
I work with families across the lifecycle;
families with younger children, adolescents or young adults.
