couple therapy
This is for couples who want to explore their differences, work through conflicts or build closeness. It can be useful at early stages when (or before) issues first arise or when facing a breakdown in the relationship.
I work with couples experiencing difficulties around communication, conflict resolution, co-parenting, neurodiversity & mental health.
family therapy
This is to help families better understand and support each other. For example, when experiencing mental or physical illness, grief or separation. It can be useful for family members to express & explore difficult feelings safely & also build on family strengths.
I work with families with young children and adolescents.
